Concerning Haslinger's claim against Holtz and Richter, recommending the lawyer Alexander Birschert of St. Petersburg, saying that the claim against Richter may be barred by the statute of limitations, that Birschert has promised to do his best but that the claim against Richter could be won only with the greatest difficulty since Richter has passed his business on to his son, commenting on Holtz's possible culpability, adding that he awaits the Quadrilles by Strauss, etc.
